My wife really enjoyed the purchase and has since rode 600 miles. She scheduled an appointment for her intial service and ordered some parts to be installed. The service manager and motorcycle mechanics kept her fully informed on everything to expect and were really helpful in explaining the process. " I last bought a bike about 20 years ago. I did not buy it from your dealership but met Ron at Kinston Dragstrip and started buying my parts from him. This week I bought anther bike this time I did buy it from your dealership. I have to admit, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when buying a bike or vehicle. Sam was the salesman, and he was extremly helpful, no presure to do this or that, but he answered all of my questions, and made suggestions but wasn't pushy. I also bought the 2 yesr extended coverage. I am sorry but I forgot the girl's name who did the paper work, but again she was very polite, and did not act like she needed to hurry up and get me out. Alan in the parts department also was very helpful. I also purchased the stand to do mainteance onthe bike, and ordered some handgrips. THe ones that came in were too big, so I called him and told him they were wrong, and he said no problem I'll order you the next size. A few minutes later he called me back to say he had found another set of grips with my name on it. He took the erxtra effort to let me know he had them that day versus waiting a few days for another set to come in. Again it had been 20 + years since I had a bike, so a lot of things had changed and I had a lot of questions. Everyone I talked to answered all my questions, in a manner that didnt project the feeling I was bothering them.
I must say you have a excelent place, losts of merchandise and paarts to choose from, but even more important, you have excellent people working there. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I intend to let everyone know Greenville is where you need to go.

I had few questions about them what I couldn’t find on the website, called the customer service and got the correct answers for all questions from a friendly sales representative. The sales person made me feel my business is important for them. I gave 4 for the parts, because I couldn’t try my new tires yet. "Everyone I have dealt with here helps beyond their duty. When I have a problem I come in, describe it, and they help me however it may be. Sometimes they reccommend a deal online because the price is better or the solution is easier. When they don't have a part or product, they help you find it. They have your best interest in mind and that is hard to find. The service department is very helpful and does great work. Always order parts quickly and for free."

"Hi,I bought a Shadow Areo 750, 2007 the first street cruiser out the door on July 7th 2006.I had been looking for a motorcycle for a very long time.I have already put over two hundred miles on it,and loving every minute of it. I walked into Ron Ayers about two And a half years ago and I do not regret a single minute of it. I met sales person Sam Gee. From the very first day I felt as if I was part of the family at Ron Ayers, And was treated that way ever sence. Sam helped me find a bike that fit me .My riding style,and By my experince, write down to a good looking color. Which by the way is pearl white with gold metallic flake in it. Everybody at Ron Ayers treats you with respect.They are very nice,and loyal folks. I haven't had my first service,or bought any accessory at this time but the folks that work in those dept. were nice and helpful as well.I am looking forward to servicing my Areo and buying accessory in the near future with Sam And The Guys and Girls At Ron Ayers of Greenville. I brought my bike in for routine service and must say that I have never been treated with so much courtesy and respect as I was here. The professionals in the service deptartment are absolutley top notch. The one on one service rendered by these guys is very impresssive. I've delt with dealers all over the country over the years and none have impressed me to this extent. Rest assured that all my future service and motorcycle needs will done by this outstanding organization and staff of truely dedicated technicians. I only wish they were closer as it takes a hour and a half for me to get there!!!!

"I purchased the front and rear wheels (OEM) for my 2002 Suzuki Bandit 1200S. My original wheels became rather damaged from the not so wonderful roads and railroad track crossings here in Southeastern Michigan, which required the replacement.
